Step 1: Let's Connect

Connect With Us. We want to make sure we are the best fit for your needs so please complete this brief questionnaire to help us learn a little about your business. 


We will then get in touch to book a complimentary phone or Zoom call, we work with clients across all 50 states. 

Step 2: Discovery

We will connect and talk about your business and answer any questions. 


We know that every business has unique needs and challenges, so we’ll dive into current processes and what needs improvement. 


We also want to learn about your dreams and aspirations so we can determine how best we can help you achieve them. 


More importantly, we want to make sure you are a fit for our team as well.

Step 3: Deep Dive

We will conduct a full analysis of the current state of your books, your accounting systems, technologies and processes to help us determine the best ways to use cloud accounting tools to streamline your operations. 


Here are some of the questions we will need to have answered.  

Step 4: Transparent Pricing

We will outline the value we bring and have an open pricing discussion with you. 


You will have a choice of various current price plans to choose from to make sure they address all the important issues and see which one is the best fit.  


Current prices are always displayed on our website at all times.

Step 5: Getting Started

Here’s where things really start to get exciting. 


Once you have found a package that works for you we will flip the switch and get you setup with a kick-off call where we’ll set up the systems, wrap up the admin, and introduce you to your team! 

Step 6: Onboarding

We are going to flip the switch and get you setup with new software (if needed), apps and systems as best fit your requirements. 


We will also spend time with you making sure you have a comfortable grasp of the new tools you will be using. This is the bulk of what will be done during the setup/clean up phase.

Step 7: Getting Sorted

This can be the most time consuming part of the process but also the most satisfying and rewarding. 


We will go through your books and make sure that all reconciliations are complete through the end of the last completed month. We do this so when we begin your monthly bookkeeping we know everything is starting out right.


Depending on where you are, this can be just a couple of weeks or months or even a couple of years that need to be updated. We have seen it all so never feel shy or embarrassed to ask for help if you are behind; you are making the right move.

Step 8: Maintenance

Here is where we begin the bookkeeping services that we established in our earlier discussions. You are now setup with a new “hassle free” bookkeeping system designed to help you manage your business more effectively.
